Our signature flavour profile has its roots in the Middle East, a nod to our family’s time living in Dubai. Here, we discovered the Persian lime, a unique ingredient with a smoky, intense citrus aroma that became the soul of our gin. It’s a flavour that reminds us of our experiences abroad and the wonderful people who’ve shaped our journey.

We handpick our Persian limes from markets in Iraq, ensuring authenticity and quality. These limes are carefully prepared and vapor-infused into our London Dry Gin, embodying our commitment to handcrafted excellence.
